How To download A Form Fillable And Send Back via Email

Using windows Pc With Adobe Reader and Dopdf-7 installed:

1. Go to website wwww.orange.fcdo.net, select Forms tab.
2. Select either one of download fillable form.




3. Click Open with different viewer (wait 4 secs).



4. Click Open with Adobe Reader (wait 4 secs).
5. Enter text on Form (Fill it up).
6. Click File (top left).
7. Click Print (wait 4 secs).
8. Printer/Name, select dopdf (top left).
9. Click Print (bottom right of page).
10. Click open pdf in reader, click Ok.
11. File (form) is saved at Documents folder.
12. Click Tools/Share. (top right of page).
13. Click Attach/Attach to Email.
14. Click OK/Send.
15. Your email software opens (may open on the background).
16. Complete your email (you should see an attachment).
17. Send, Done
18. If your email did not open, exit, close adobe reader.
19. Open your email as usual, attach file from Documents folder
20. Complete your email.
21. Send, Done
