How To download A Form Fillable And Send Back via Email

Using Mobile devices, Android Tablet or Smartphone
With Adobe Reader App installed:

1. Go to website wwww.orange.fcdo.net, select Forms tab.
2. Select either one of download fillable form. (display time delay?)
3. Do not click download button.
4. Click Filename instead.
5. Click Open with Adobe Acrobat.
6. Enter text on Form. (Fill it up)
7. Click anywhere to show icons. (top right)
8. Click Share icon. (top right)
9. Click Share a copy. (bottom right)
10. Click Your Email provider, (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Viber, etc.)
11. Complete your email (you should see an attachment).
12. Send.
13. Done.
